Customer Service Representative/Hose Assembler

Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with customers in person, over the phone and via e-mail representing Central Canada Industries in a professional manner.

Must become proficient in the following aspects of the business: Hose Assemblies, Hydraulic Adapters, Air, Fuel Lubricant Filtration, Oil, Lubrication & Chemicals.

Technical Sales Representative

Working with established customer base to promote our products to the mining, forestry and construction industries. A background in sales is required. Previous experience in the industry essential.

The Technical Sales Representative (TSR) will act as liaison between the Company sales team and clients, providing information, service, maintenance, and repairs related to purchased equipment.  This is an integral role in the sales (wholesale/retail) sales process. The TSR is responsible for the efficient processing of high-volume product sales orders from point of order reception to product delivery.  The TSR ensures all sales orders meet/exceed customer expectations.
